Environment Day Special

What is World Environment Day

World Environment Day is observed on the 5th of June every year and serves as a global platform to raise awareness and take action on pressing environmental issues. It is organized by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and encourages individuals, communities, and governments to engage in activities that promote environmental sustainability.

On World Environment Day, people around the world participate in various initiatives such as tree planting, clean-up drives, awareness campaigns, and sustainable development projects. The day aims to highlight the importance of environmental conservation and encourage everyone to contribute toward protecting the planet

Our participation in 2 projects on environment day

Ekta School Project at Devanahalli Village

That’s wonderful news! Distributing 120 fruit saplings at Ekta School in Devanahalli Village is commendable. It’s heartening to hear that this effort has benefited more than 70 homes in the village. Planting fruit trees provides food security and contributes to the area’s overall environmental sustainability. It’s great to see such positive actions being taken to improve the community.

Rajiv Gandhi Hospital Project

We are very happy that we planted 350 saplings at Rajiv Gandhi Hospital on World Environment Day 5th June & 400 saplings on 7th June. Tree planting is a significant action to combat deforestation, reduce carbon dioxide levels, and enhance the overall ecological balance. By planting trees, you contribute to creating a greener and healthier environment for present and future generations.
